Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of WhiteLabelTickets ("WhiteLabelTickets," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information. It applies to our marketing website and to the platform services we provide to business partners ("Partners"). It does not govern how a Partner handles its own customers' ("Buyers'") data — see "Buyer data" below.
1. Information we collect
From Partners
- Account & contact details — name, email, business name, and login credentials.
- Configuration & license data — your license key (we store only a hash of your secret), connected Stripe account identifier, brand settings, and fee configuration.
- Install telemetry — for dedicated instances: a self-generated install identifier, the domain and version of your install, IP address, and timestamps of payment-routing requests. This is used for licensing, security, and support.
- Payment-routing metadata — non-card transaction metadata (amounts, fee, order reference) needed to create and confirm checkouts. We do not store Buyer card numbers; Stripe handles card data.
From website visitors
- Contact submissions — anything you send through our contact form.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the platform.
- To authenticate licenses, route and confirm payments, and detect unauthorized or fraudulent use.
- To communicate with you about your account, support, and service updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Buyer data
On a dedicated instance, your Buyers' personal data resides in your own infrastructure. The Partner is the data controller for that data and is responsible for its own privacy policy and lawful handling. With respect to payment routing, we act as a processor on the Partner's behalf and handle only the limited metadata needed to create and confirm a charge. On a self-serve instance we host, we process Buyer data on the Partner's behalf as a processor; the Partner remains responsible for its customer relationships and disclosures.
4. How we share information
- Stripe — to process payments. Stripe's use of data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Service providers — hosting, email, and similar vendors acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and may use limited analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. License and telemetry records are retained for the life of the account and a reasonable period thereafter.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashed secrets, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact us at the address below. Buyers should direct such requests to the Partner whose platform they purchased from.
9. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Children
The platform is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify Partners.
